Skyra, Dalton's Enforcer doesn't have a reduced summoning cost when a ship is destroyed and multiple allies are shuffled into the player's deck. Also some of those allies were stolen but still shuffled into my deck.

Ruling: it is only considered one shuffle no matter how many allies there were in the crew. The crew is shuffled into the ship controller's deck, not the crew owner's deck.
