se118 Rabid Bite does 0 dmg to hero

When Rabid Bite makes an opponent's ally attack its own hero, it deals 0 damage. This has been broken at least since version 5.000 or 4.981.

I could not reproduce this, but Rabid Bite code has been otherwise improved so it might fix the issue
